We’re partnering with a high-growth, international retail group based in Manchester city centre, who are looking to add an experienced Management Accountant to their dynamic and high-performing finance team following a period of growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a household name whilst taking on a key role in driving business performance and providing financial insight to support strategic decision-making.

About the role – As a Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of month-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and support business partnering teams across multiple departments.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Producing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Delivering variance analysis and commentary
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Partnering with operational and commercial teams
• Driving process improvement and reporting efficiencies
• Involvement in exciting finance projects as the business continues to grow

Key Skills & Experience –

• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) required.
• Proven month end reporting skills.
• Previous retail and/or e-commerce experience.
• Strong Excel and ERP knowledge.
• Confident ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
