The role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and operational teams to provide insight and analysis that supports strategic decision-making. You’ll act as the financial conscience of the business, ensuring accurate reporting while identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency and profitability.

Salary – £55,000

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to influence decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis, modelling and insight to support business strategy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting processes.
• Monitor KPIs, cost drivers and investment opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance and operations.

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Previous experience within a commercially focused finance role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on driving results.
