About the role – Our client are a performance-led digital agency working exclusively with fast-scaling eCommerce brands – and are on the hunt for a smart, hands-on SEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies across a portfolio of clients.

You’ll be the go-to SEO expert in a collaborative, data-driven team, owning everything from technical audits to content strategy. This is a remote-first role with plenty of autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to shape high-impact work for consumer brands you’ll actually be proud of.

Salary – £40,000 – £50,000

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and execute SEO strategies for a range of D2C and eCommerce clients

• Lead technical audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs

• Identify on-site issues and deliver clear, actionable fixes (with dev support)

• Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits

• Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO improvements

• Monitor performance, generate reports, and share insight-driven recommendations with clients

• Stay on top of algorithm updates, SEO trends, and platform changes

What They’re Looking For

• 2+ years’ SEO experience in an agency or eCommerce-focused role

• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, site structure, and crawlability

• Proven experience using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console

• Confident with on-page optimisation, metadata, internal linking, and content strategy

• Comfortable managing multiple clients and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills – able to present complex insights in a clear, client-friendly way
