-
3+ years hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns (Meta & Google Ads essential)
-
Proven track record of driving strong results (ROAS, CPA, acquisition growth)

-
Confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.
-
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
-
Analytical mindset and love for testing, learning, and iterating
-
Agency experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker

Flexible hybrid working (2–3 days in our central London office)

25 days holiday + bank holidays
-
Personal development budget + training opportunities
-
Monthly team socials and away days
