About the role – Our client is a fast-growing, independent marketing agency helping ambitious brands scale through data-driven performance campaigns. Their clients span high-growth D2C, eCommerce, SaaS, and challenger brands – and they are proud to be the engine behind a number of successful growth stories.

As demand for their services continue to grow, they’re looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join their close-knit team and take ownership of paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and beyond.

You’ll work hands-on across a portfolio of exciting clients, managing end-to-end paid campaigns from strategy to reporting. We’re looking for someone who loves performance, is obsessed with results, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary – £50,000 – £60,000

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social and paid search campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and more

  • Own campaign strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, ad testing, and performance reporting

  • Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR) and continuously optimise campaigns for maximum efficiency

  • Work closely with creative teams to brief and test new ad concepts

  • Report clearly to clients and internal teams – with insight, not just data

  • Stay up to date with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns (Meta & Google Ads essential)

  • Proven track record of driving strong results (ROAS, CPA, acquisition growth)

  • Solid understanding of attribution, pixels, GA4, and performance reporting

  • Confident using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

  • Analytical mindset and love for testing, learning, and iterating

  • Agency experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker

What You’ll Get

  • Flexible hybrid working (2–3 days in our central London office)

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Personal development budget + training opportunities

  • Monthly team socials and away days

  • A fast-paced, ambitious agency culture with room to grow
