Starting his career at a corporate PLC where he quickly progressed from an entry-level Consultant to a Senior Manager, he has experience overseeing divisions such as Finance, HR and Business Support.
Having developed a strong client and candidate network during this period, Xavier has proven success partnering with many of the region’s leading businesses, ranging from large multi-nationals to local SME’s.
